These Official Rules govern the Dash Den $1,000 Birthday Party Giveaway promotion (the “Promotion”). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the Privacy Notice below. If you do not agree, do not enter.

2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, with a parent or guardian entering on behalf of their family. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, contractors, and immediate family or household members of Giveaway Team, Dash Den, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers are not eligible to enter or win.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Promoter may require proof of age, identity, residency, or eligibility before awarding a prize.
3. Entry Period and How to Enter
To enter, complete the free giveaway entry form at https://www.dashdenplay.com/giveaway. Entries must be received during the Promotion Period. The Promoter’s computer is the official timekeeping device. Each entry must be complete, accurate, and submitted by the individual entrant. Automated, robotic, script-generated, duplicate, bulk, fraudulent, or third-party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.
Any attempt to manipulate, hack, interfere with, or unfairly influence the entry process may result in disqualification and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement. The Promoter may request additional information to verify eligibility and preserve the integrity of the Promotion.
4. Alternate Method of Entry
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. If an entry method is connected to a purchase, paid service, or other consideration, an equal alternate free method of entry is available.

Alternate entries will be treated the same as other eligible entries and included in the applicable drawing. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, illegible, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, improperly addressed, or not received, regardless of cause.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 30, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted by text and email and announced on Dash Den's Facebook page. A potential winner may be required to sign and return an eligibility affidavit, liability/publicity release, and any required tax documentation in accordance with the instructions provided in the winner notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in accordance with those instructions, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to return required documents, the Promoter may select an alternate winner.
The Promoter’s decisions are final on all matters relating to the Promotion, subject to applicable law. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If more potential winners claim prizes than the number stated because of a technical or administrative error, the Promoter may award the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among eligible claimants.
6. Publicity and Release
Except where prohibited by law, entering the Promotion grants the Promoter and its designees permission to use the entrant’s name, city/state, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, and entry materials for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional notice, permission, or compensation. A winner may be identified by name and general location in a winner list or public announcement.
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Giveaway Team, the Sponsor, prize suppliers, social-media platforms, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising out of or related to the Promotion, including entry, participation, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or redemption of a prize, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. General Conditions
The Promoter may cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the Promotion, or any portion of it, if fraud, technical failures, tampering, unauthorized human intervention, public-health events, natural disasters, governmental action, or other causes beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity, security, or proper operation of the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated, the Promoter may award prizes by a random drawing from eligible entries received before termination.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, provides false information, tampers with the entry process, or acts in a disruptive, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or unsportsmanlike manner. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, corrupted, or undeliverable entries or notifications; technical failures; network or platform outages; unauthorized access; or any other error or problem that may occur in connection with the Promotion.
8. Social-Media Disclaimer
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Threads, LinkedIn, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated in the Promotion materials. Entrants are providing information to Dash Den and Giveaway Team as the service provider running the promotion, not to those platforms. Each entrant releases those platforms from responsibility and liability related to the Promotion.
9. Privacy Notice for Promotion Entrants
Information collected
Dash Den, with Giveaway Team as the service provider running the promotion, may collect the information needed to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, deliver or redeem prizes, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud. This may include name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, general location, entry information, proof of eligibility, and records of consent or opt-in actions. The Promoter may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, and website usage data when an entry is submitted online.
How information is used
Promotion information is used to:
- receive and administer entries;
- verify eligibility and prevent fraud or abuse;
- conduct the drawing and contact potential winners;
- deliver, fulfill, and report prizes;
- publish winner information as described in these Official Rules or required by law;
- maintain records required for legal, accounting, and compliance purposes; and

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, legal process, court order, law enforcement request, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Promotion; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the processing of your personal information. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect the validity of an entry or the Promoter’s ability to use information as needed to administer the Promotion.

The Promotion may link to third-party websites or platforms. The Promoter is not responsible for their privacy practices; review their privacy notices before providing information.

The Promotion is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact Dash Den at (202) 941-7764. Entry is limited to adults 18 or older; parents or guardians enter on behalf of their family.

If you separately opt in to receive text messages from Dash Den, with Giveaway Team as the service provider running the promotion, you agree to receive text messages and emails about the giveaway and related offers at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or entry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Your mobile number and text-message consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Official Rules and any dispute arising from the Promotion are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved individually through binding arbitration in the District of Columbia under the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association, and entrants waive participation in class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceedings. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
