VISITING

  • Dash Den is DC’s newest indoor playground, for kids ages 0–12. There are three play zones: the Jungle Gym, Tiny Town and the Lil Lions Den. We offer open play Mon–Sun, memberships and birthday parties, plus a snack bar for kids and grown-ups.

  • 514 Rhode Island Ave NE, Washington, DC, in Edgewood, Northeast DC. On-site parking is available, and the Rhode Island Ave–Brentwood Metro station (Red Line) is about two blocks away.

  • Open play runs 11 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Sunday. Members get early access from 10 AM. Holiday hours are posted on Instagram and the front-desk TV.

  • Open play is $19.99 per child on weekdays and $24.99 per child on weekends, for a 90-minute session. One grown-up per kid is free; additional grown-ups are $5 each.

  • Reservations are recommended, or walk in and register when space is available.

  • Yes. Every child needs a signed waiver. Sign it online before you arrive to save time at check-in.

  • Yes. Grip socks are required on the play floor for kids and grown-ups, and shoes come off in every play area. Play socks are $5 a pair at the front desk if you forget.

  • Yes. A responsible adult (18+) must stay on site and actively supervise their children at all times. Dash Den is not a drop-off facility. One grown-up per kid is free; additional grown-ups are $5 each.

  • Every child is paired with their responsible adult at check-in, and no child leaves the Den unless it’s with their paired grown-up.

  • We sanitize all play equipment daily and do a full deep clean every week.

  • Food, drinks, candy and gum stay out of the play areas. The snack bar has pizza, pretzels, hot dogs and walking tacos for kids, plus grab-and-go snacks and adult beverages for grown-ups. Outside food and drink aren’t allowed, except cake or cupcakes for a booked party.

ZONES & RULES

  • The Lil Lions Den is for ages 0–3, Tiny Town for ages 3–5, and the Jungle Gym for ages 4–12. The spiral slide is for ages 3 and up. Every zone has a sign at the entrance.

  • Ages 0–3 only. A responsible adult (18+) must stay inside the zone with their child and actively supervise. Socks on, no shoes, for adults and kids. No older children, food, drinks or rough play.

  • Ages 3 and up. One child at a time, feet first, seated the whole way down. Keep hands, arms and feet inside. Wait until the child ahead has exited, then exit right away. No climbing up, stopping or playing inside the slide.

    1. A responsible adult (18+) supervises their children at all times.

    2. Socks on, shoes off in all play areas.

    3. No food, drinks, candy or gum in the play areas.

    4. Play safely: no pushing, hitting, roughhousing or dangerous behavior.

    5. Play only in the areas designated for your age and size.

    6. Report injuries, accidents or anything unsafe to a Dash Den team member immediately.

MEMBERSHIP

  • Unlimited open play in all three zones, every day we’re open, plus early access from 10 AM, play socks and two grown-up passes each visit, 10% off parties, and 20% off drinks.

  • A limited-time offer for the first 50 families to join Dash Den. Founding families lock in $49.99 a month per child forever, paid annually. There’s no deposit; you pay the year in full to claim your spot.

  • $74.99 a month per child, billed monthly.

  • Founding Memberships: Founding memberships are billed annually and automatically renew every 12 months at your original founding member rate, as long as your membership remains active. Founding memberships are non-refundable and cannot be paused or canceled for a prorated refund during the annual term. You may cancel your upcoming renewal at any time before your next billing date. Your membership benefits will remain active through the end of your paid term. Once canceled, your founding member rate and benefits cannot be reinstated. We’ll send you a renewal reminder 30 days before your next annual billing date.

    All Access Memberships: All Access Memberships are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. Your benefits will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period. Partial-month refunds are not provided.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

  • Two, both two hours with a dedicated host and a minimum of 8 kids.

    The Run Wild Party is $49.99 per kid for 8 to 30 kids. It includes a private party cabana, playground admission and play socks for every kid, pizza and soft drinks for everyone, two grown-up chaperones, and a free future play pass for the birthday kid.

    The Lil Lions Party is $29.99 per kid for 8 to 24 kids, ages 0–3. It includes a toddler party room, play socks for every kid, two grown-up chaperones, and a free future play pass for the birthday kid. Food and drinks aren’t included.

  • Every party includes two grown-up chaperones. Additional grown-ups are $5 each.

  • Yes. Bring the cake or cupcakes. No other outside food or drink. Food choices for the Run Wild Party are finalized with us before the day.

  • Yes, members save 10% on parties.
